Object of the Trust

A. MAIN OBJECTS

(a) To extend relief for the poor, education, medical relief and the advancement of any other object of general public utility not involving the carrying on any activity for profits.

(b) To establish, maintain, run, manage, take over, acquire, improve, extend, up-grade or donate aid and assist in the establishment, maintenance, running, development, improvement and extension of any hospital, health centre schools and generally all kinds of medical and educational institutions for the uplift of the general public.

(c) Nothing contained in this deed shall be deemed to authorise the trustees to do any act which may in any way be construed as violative or contrary to the provisions of sections 2(15), 10 (239), 10 (23C), 11, 12, 12 A, 12 AA, 13 and/ or BOG of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and/ or any statutory modifications thereof and all activities of trust shall be carried out with a view to benefit the public at large, without any profit motive and in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and/ or any statutory modifications thereof.

(d) The trust is hereby expressly declared to be a public charitable trust and all the provisions of this deed are to be constituted accordingly.
B. ANCILLARY OBJECTS

(a) To provide assistance for the complete development of all aspects of life comprising economic, physical and intellectual as well as spiritual well being.

(b) To acquire by purchase, gift or otherwise, lands, house-sits and buildings; To erect, build and construct or to aid and assist in the erection, construction and building of houses, buildings for hospitals, health centres, educational institutions, public libraries, convention halls and/or other types of building or construction whatsoever and to maintain or run them and if necessary to alter, demolish or reconstruct them or any portion or portions thereof as may from time to time necessary or expedient.
C. OTHER INCIDENTAL OBJECTS TO ACHIEVE THE MAIN OBJECT:

(a) To acquire and take over all or any part of the immovable or movable properties of any Society, Trust or Institution or of any one for the purposes of the Society.
